Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Because our apparel is custom-printed just for you when you order, our shipping process works in two parts: Fulfillment Time (creating your item) and Shipping Time (delivery by the carrier).

Fulfillment Window

  • All of our custom apparel takes 2 to 5 business days to print, cut, and sew before it leaves the facility.
  • More than half of our orders are fulfilled within 3 business days.
  • Note: Fulfillment times may extend slightly during peak holiday seasons (November–December).

Shipping Within the United States

We use automated live carrier rates at checkout to ensure you receive the most accurate and affordable shipping prices possible.
  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 8 business days after fulfillment. Most US customers receive their package within 5 to 10 days from the initial purchase date.
  • 🌱 Eco-Conscious Shipping (Carbon Reduction): This option utilizes ground-optimized transit routes and carrier-backed emission offsets to ensure your new apparel arrives with the lowest possible environmental impact.
  • ⚡ Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days after fulfillment. A recipient phone number is strictly required at checkout to qualify for Express delivery.
  • 🚨 Express Eligibility Disclaimer: Because we fulfill orders across a global network of facilities to keep transit efficient, Express Shipping is subject to real-time warehouse stock and product availability. If a specific apparel brand, size, or color variant is only stocked in an international facility at the time of your order, the Express option will automatically be disabled at checkout to protect you from astronomical cross-border carrier fees.

International & Worldwide Shipping

We proudly ship our apparel globally! Thanks to our localized global fulfillment network, many international orders are printed and shipped directly from regional centers in Europe, Canada, the UK, and Australia to keep delivery fast.
  • International Transit Time: 8 to 25 business days after fulfillment.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: Please allow 2 to 4 weeks total for your item to be created and clear local transit networks.

Customs Fees, Import Duties & VAT

  • Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): Except where noted below, all worldwide shipments are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid. Your local customs office may charge additional import fees, VAT, or local processing tariffs when your package arrives in your country. These fees are not in our control and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Canada & United Kingdom (DDP): If your order is being shipped to Canada or the UK, our live shipping tool will automatically calculate and prepay customs fees at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid) so you will face no unexpected fees at delivery.

Tracking & Issues

  • Tracking Numbers: As soon as your shipping label is printed, an automated tracking email will be sent to you via WooCommerce. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier network to update the status link.
  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your apparel arrives misprinted, damaged, or fails to show up, please contact us within 20 days of delivery. Send a brief description and a clear photo of the issue, and we will happily arrange a free replacement.
  • Address Errors: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to our partner facility due to an invalid or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
